As a coach, I deal with the daily challenges of managers in dealing with issues of leadership. I attach great importance to the connection between organizational psychological issues and the handling of the most important asset of a company, the employees.
I have experience in various management positions in production, sales / marketing and in social enterprises. For 10 years I have been working as a manager in a large social company. As a part-time job, I maintain mandates as a coach and trainer, accompany executives and train various stakeholder groups as a lecturer for personnel management, leadership, self-management, presentation technology and communication.
